So, what is
the Total Value?
The PM Service we provide requires an
average time of 40 minutes per indoor cycle. The first
thing we do when visiting a new client or location for
the first time is to catalog the equipment inventory.
This includes Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Build
Date and documenting the condition of the equipment. This
sets up the foundation for long term maintenance tracking
for each piece of equipment.
There is a large investment that
is required to have all the proper materials to effectively
perform quality maintenance.
LABOR: The cost of labor is
obviously a big expense for any business. Yingling Professional
Services hires only professionals with the highest quality
workmanship, integrity and respect for our clients.
TOOLS: There is a wide range of
tools that are required to service indoor cycles. In addition,
there are specialized bike tools that are needed to replace
certain parts. Different brands (star trac, LeMond, schwinn,
etc) use different sizes and types of hardware. This increases
the amount of tools required to service multiple
brands.
PART INVENTORY: Parts are an
